Triggering the Partnering process from Teams admin center
You can trigger the partnering process with the customer directly from their Teams admin center. After you trigger the lead and create the service, they need to configure countries to activate calling and Company size. When you upload numbers, validation is performed according to the countries configured in the Operator Settings shown below.
The name of the Operator Connect service is derived from the name of the Microsoft 365 tenant. You can optionally change this name in the Microsoft 365 admin center prior to joining (see Customizing Azure Tenant Name).
You can trigger notification email to the customer’s CRM each time a new lead is generated (see Trigger Notification Email for New Leads).

| 1. | In the Teams admin center, navigate to Voice > Operator Connect and then choose the desired operator carrier. |
In example below, "AudioCodes-LiveCloud-SP2". The Operator Settings are configured with "Canada" and "United States".
Once the settings are saved, the request is sent to Microsoft for approval. The consented operator details are displayed in the figure below.
